This week I was starting the day with some yoga at the beach and after that I added a 30 minutes walk. When I’m at the beach I feel so good and the view is amazing. I start the day with so much energy and can handle everything after a yoga session at the beach. I’m wearing the Miko Long Sleeve and the Liza Shiny Tights from Röhnisch.
